Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your book, you may return it within 28 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The book must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- It must be returned in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase or order number
To start a return, please contact us at books@katepercy.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damage or incorrect item
Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs where applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you that we have received it. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Books that show signs of use or damage caused after delivery
- Digital products or downloads (if applicable)
- Signed or personalised copies of books
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a damaged or incorrect item).
