With over 30 years of experience fuelling active, hungry families, both as a working Mum of three very active kids, and almost 2 years as a Granny, I’ve done my time down in the trenches of parenthood!
I wrote my first book, Go Faster Food, published by Penguin in 2009 after changing the family’s diet to help my husband in his 'mid-life crisis' quest to run the New York marathon.
Not only had his energy levels soared, the whole family had more energy, better concentration, more smiles and fewer illnesses. So much so that I took up running myself and have since run many marathons and half-marathons, even a few ultra-marathons.
That’s what got me started on my mission to help others discover that magic between what you eat and your physical and mental wellbeing.
It’s what I call 'Enerjoy!' - great tasting food that puts a smile on the face of friends and family and delivers the right type of get-up-and-go energy.
